As B.C. begins to lift restrictions imposed due to the coronavirus pandemic, we started a slow and careful reopening on May 19th.
This will be with a reduced capacity, to adapt to the new requirements, aimed at minimising the risk of transmission and keeping our community as safe as possible.
We have put safety protocols in place, as recommended by the BC Ministry of Health - BC Centre of Disease Control and the BC College of Physicians and Surgeons.
In addition, please can we ask the following:
Please self-screen for possible COVID-19 symptoms or exposure the day before your appointment. If any exposure or symptoms are suspected, please cancel and reschedule your appointment. (There will be no charge for appointments cancelled due to illness). Here is a link to the
Please arrive on time for appointments. If you arrive early, we may ask you to wait in your car for a short time if needed, in order to maintain safe physical distancing.
Please perform hand hygiene upon entering the clinic and again immediately after your treatment.
If possible, please consider paying via debit or credit card rather than cash.
We ask that you come to your appointment alone, as "plus ones" will make social distancing difficult.
Please do not handle any products on display. We encourage you to discuss your skincare needs during your treatment and your technician will prepare your purchases prior to your departure. Please ask for help with any purchases and we will fetch these from the displays for you.
Appointment times will allow for adequate cleaning and sanitizing time between each patient. Our team members will be following current Covid protocols. While we are doing everything we can to minimize risk, physical distancing is not possible during the provision of our services and we cannot guarantee to reduce the risk of transmission to zero. If you have any questions or concerns feel free to contact us. If you are not comfortable coming into the clinic and would prefer to refrain from treatment at this time, we understand and completely support your decision. We will be happy to welcome you back to the clinic when you feel ready.
For those with previously booked appointments, you may hear from us regarding slightly shifting your appointment time to accommodate our reduced staffing and the sanitizing protocols. If you don’t hear from us regarding a previously booked appointment, you can assume the date and time remain as booked.
If your appointment was cancelled during the lockdown and you do not have any upcoming appointments, be assured that we will rebook you as soon as we can fit you in. We will not be working at full capacity for the first few weeks at least, and I thank you in advance for your patience as we find spaces for everyone who wants treatments.
Finally, l want to acknowledge that this has been a very difficult time for many people, and I thank you for your understanding and ongoing support. Products can now be collected at the clinics. We can bring these to your car if you do not want to enter the clinic. For a limited time, we will continue providing free local delivery to help our clients who are at a greater risk from COVID-19.
